The Solution

Madcraft partnered with Club Towers to design and develop a custom mobile application that brings all member-facing services into a single, cohesive platform. The app was built with deep integrations into Club Towers’ existing systems, including Perfect Gym, WordPress, and Vimeo, ensuring real-time data synchronisation and minimal operational overhead. From class schedules and bookings to QR-based check-ins and push notifications, every feature was designed to enhance the member experience while simplifying backend management for staff and administrators.

Key Functionality

Member Authentication & Profile Management

Members can securely log in to the app, manage their personal details, and update profile information with ease. Password recovery and validation ensure a smooth and secure onboarding experience.
Class Schedules, Bookings & Waitlists

Live class schedules are pulled directly from the Perfect Gym API, allowing members to browse, filter, and book classes in real time. Availability updates instantly, with automated confirmations, waitlist functionality, and notifications for booking changes.
Membership Management

Members can view their current membership status, entitlements, and expiration details directly within the app. Requests to upgrade or cancel memberships are streamlined through in-app email flows, reducing friction and administrative workload.
Mobile QR Code Check-In

A time-limited QR code enables fast, contactless check-ins at the club. Each QR code is dynamically generated and securely validated to prevent misuse, improving both efficiency and security at entry points.
News & Events Integration

The app integrates with WordPress, allowing Club Towers to publish news, updates, and event information that appears instantly within the app — keeping members informed without manual updates.
On-Demand Class Videos

Through Vimeo API integration, members can access high-quality class videos directly in the app. Adaptive streaming ensures smooth playback across different devices and connection speeds.
Push Notifications

Admins can send real-time push notifications from the dashboard to all users or targeted groups. This enables instant communication for class updates, promotions, or important announcements.
Trainer Profiles & Facility Amenities

Members can browse trainer profiles, view qualifications and specialisations, and explore detailed information about facilities and amenities — enhancing discovery and engagement.
Customer Support & Feedback

An in-app support section provides access to FAQs and feedback submission, integrated with Perfect Gym’s feedback portal. Members receive confirmation upon submission, ensuring a transparent support experience.
