To guide our design approach, we conducted a competitor analysis within the biotech and biosimulation sectors, identifying opportunities for differentiation that would make Biosimulytics stand out. Our research informed the creation of three audience personas—researchers and scientists, biotech executives, and investors—each with distinct needs. We tailored user journeys and site features to cater to these personas, ensuring accessible content for technical experts and engaging, growth-oriented information for executives and investors. Our content strategy aimed to balance scientific accuracy with user-friendly visuals and simplified text, enabling complex concepts to resonate with all audiences.
